SLOP TANK:-
Found water logged in
the housing. Informed
captain and C/O. They
asked to rectify the

Removed the sensor and
cleaned the whole unit
and assembled back the
unit.
VESSEL DEFECT REPORT:-
Vessel reported that the

PROTECTION WORN OUT:-
Found sensor hoses were

water ingress.
Decided to dismantle the
sensor for further
inspection.

Dismantled the sensor
and found that the

giving any signal.
Renewed with new one
onboard.
SENSOR ASSEMBLY:-
Assembled back the
sensor and function

protection.
