HANLA AIR PURGE REMOTE LEVEL SOUNDING SYSTEM CT-180


The operating principle is based upon the measurement of the hydrostatic pressure by providing a constant low flow of air or neutral gas into a probe which opens at the tank bottom. The flow regulator ensuring a constant pre-set flow at the end of the sounding pipe in the tank irrespective of the supply pressure. Gauge saver is used for protecting the level indicator against over
pressure. The blowing valve is used for sending the full air pressure through the signal line for cleaning purposes. The air supply valve is used for isolation from other channel without any influence.

HEALTH CHECK AND CALIBATE THE FOLLOWING HANLA GAUGES:

Ballast and Bunker tank gauge : 35  nos

Draft gauge : 04 nos

INSPECTION:

 

All over inspection we found some defect from the system.

  1. CCR reading are not exactly to actual reading.
  2. Regulator full of moisture.
  3. Modulator air flow was not in order.
  4. P/I  converter current reading little difference .

CALIBRATION ADJUSTMENT:

 

  1. Air supply adjusted at 4.5 bar in regulator.

 

  1. Leak tested all pipe line .

 

  1. Checked and adjusted air flow in all modulator.

 

  1. Adjusted correct current value in(4 to 20mA)   P/I converter by using precision calibrator
