TROUBLESHOOT BALLAST AND CARGO MONITORING SYSTEMVessel report : No data being visible on the Hanla PC screen.
After restarting the data was restablished.
Checked the communication unit AD82 and communication from AD82 to work station found working in order. Checked all wirings connection etc, all in order.

INSPECTION OF WBT & DRAFT GAUGE SYSTEM:
Checked the system found the system fully contaminated with oil. Recommend to service complete system and calibrate.

Oil contamination on Modulator Components
All tanks modulators fully contaminated with oil. Recommended to service.

Filter regulator :
Found the filter regulator also too much of oil, recommended to renew.
