JOB DESCRIPTION :

 

To repair reinstall and reconfigure the MMCU 500 unit.

SIL 200 UNIT FAULTY :

 

After full inspection, check and suspected the SIL 200 unit in MMCU faulty.

MMCU FACTORY REPAIR :

 

Removed the MMCU 500 unit from vessel and off landed to our w/shop.

 

MMCU 500 sends to Korea Factory to replace the SIL 200 unit and thorough checking for any other faults.

REINSTALL THE MMCU 500 :

 

After renewed the SIL 200 unit, reinstall back to vessel.

 

Reprogram system and  configuration settings for every tanks.

SYSTEM RECONFIGURATION

 

Reconfigured port and communication settings.

 

System found working in order to the satisfaction of C/O and Captain.
