HANLA TANK OVERFILL ALARM PANEL

 

Tank overfill alarm is erratic & highly sensitive.

Alarm not getting reset after even reset alarm in CCR.

 

Checked the system initially found alarms were activated in #2(P) & #4(P) tanks even the tanks were empty.

Checked and tested safety barrier found all ok.

TROUBLESHOOTING/SERVICE:

Checked local side PCB and sensors.

 

Found #2P tanks PCB  card  not working. Stimulated with good working PCB found the #2P tank overfill alarm working in order. Recommended  to renew PCB.

 

#4P tank PCB setting found Wrong setting. Setting done, test and found working.

ADDITIONAL REQUESTED BY C/O CHECKING OF ALL TANKS

 

C/O and E/O requested to check all the 17 No’s of tank overfill alarm.

As per C/O request we checked and stimulated the system , the results are,

#1(P) -  Existing working in  order

#1(S) -   Existing working in  order

#1(C) -  Found PCB setting Wrong, setting done as per manul and working in order.

#2(P) - Found PCB not working, PCB to be renew.

#2(S) &(C)  -   Found PCB setting Wrong, setting done as per manul and working in order

#3(P) &(C)  -    Existing working in  order

#3(S) -  PCB found more sensitive couldn’t be stable. Recommended to renew PCB.

#4(P) -   Found PCB setting Wrong, setting done as per manul and working in order.

#4(C) -   Existing working in  order

#4(S) -  Found both PCB  and sensor element problem, recommended to Renew.

#5(P) Found PCB not working, PCB to be renew.

#5(S) -   Found both PCB  and sensor element problem, recommended to Renew.

#5(C) -   Existing working in  order

Slop (P)-   Found PCB not working, PCB to be renew.

Slop(S) -  Existing working in  order.

RECOMMENDATION:

 

Recommended to renew the faulty PCB and Sensor element.

 

PCB card need to renew for  the below Tanks:

 

#2(P), 3(S), 4(S), 5(P)&(S) and Slop (P)

 

Sensor element need to Renew for below  Tanks:
