SPT-2000

SPT-2000 series is the magnet float type level gauge, available with a thermometer built in. SPT-2000 is very suitable for the level gauging of cargo tank, fuel oil tanks with reliability and accuracy. However this is no more in production.

SPT-3500

SPT-3500 is the newest version of magnetic float level gauge for measurement of liquid level, temperature and ullage space pressure.

SPT-7200

SPT-7200 series is the magnet float type level gauge, available with a thermometer built in. SPT-7200 is very suitable for the level gauging of cargo tank, fuel oil tanks with reliability and accuracy.

DIR-M1500

The multi monitor can be mixture connection SPT type tank gauge and each level, temperature and pressure sensor of 4-20mA output sensors. This product is obsolete.

DIR-M3200 | DIR M8000

The multi monitor can be mixture connection SPT-3500 type tank gauge and each level, temperature and pressure sensor of 4-20mA output sensors.

Inspection for  5nos of cargo tanks not working.

Defect Reported:

1S,3P,3S,5S and SLOP(P) not working.

 

Open local display unit and checked 1S,3P,5S,SLOP(P)  PCB are damaged.

Recomended to renew new PCB.

Checked 3S sensor and PCB working in order but C/O complaint when loading/unloading  readingdoes not change. The Float inside the tank maybe stuck or damaged.

Multi monitor(DIR-M1600-SPT)

 

Found Multi monitor almost ALL the Keys are NOT WORKINGexcept for 02 buttons.

And these 02 Buttons sometimes don’t work.

It is imperative to change the monitor.
